51% of companies in Poland have difficulty recruiting

According to ManpowerGroup’s report “Talent shortage,” some 51 percent of polish companies have difficulty finding qualified manual workers, drivers, production and machinery operators. Only two years ago the figure stood at 45 percent of companies.

According to data released by the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS), the average employment in companies in January grew by 3.8 percent year-on-year, while the wages grew by 7.3 percent. In month-to-month terms, employment grew by 2 percent, while salaries decreased by 7.7 percent.
