Poland’s gross domestic product grew by 4.7 percent year-on-year in the third quarter of 2017, according to a flash estimate published by the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Wages rise in Q3 – GUS

According to data released by the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS), the average wage in Q3 grew by 4.9 percent year-on-year, and stood at PLN 4,255. In q/q terms, the average salary increased by 0.8 percent.

Unemployment at new record low of 6.8% in September

Unemployment rate fell in September to a record low 6.8 percent from 7.0 percent in August, statistics office GUS said. The number of people registered with labor offices stood at 1.117 million in September, compared with 1.136 million a month earlier.
