Tauron Polska Energia and ING Bank Śląski have signed a letter of intent regarding joint activities regarding the construction of infrastructure for electromobility and development carsharing of electric cars, the two companies said.
The goal of the cooperation is to achieve synergy effects from the previous experience of both companies in the area of building infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, as well as creating new business models in the area of electromobility.
Tauron Polska Energia SA is a holding company in the capital group that deals in coal mining, generation, distribution and sale of electricity and heat. ING Bank Śląski has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1994. Its main shareholder is the Dutch ING group.
