A television spot promoting Poland and Polish culture will be screened in Indian cities on July 31, the day of the world’s premiere of the Bollywood produced movie, Bangistan, which was shot in Kraków, the media reported.
“It is a very good deal for Poland,” said Tomasz Dąbrowski, the head of the Film Commission Poland, which is in charge of the video’s distribution.
Zorg Werke, a Polish firm and a co-producer of the movie, attached the spot to the film’s copies for screening. The spot was ordered by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and created by Opus Film.
As many as 1,800 copies of the spot will be screened in the US, UK, Australia, UAE, South Africa, Singapore, Pakistan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Japan and Indonesia.
