Over 150 leaders in the real estate industry from both public and private sectors will discuss important trends and factors in what shapes a competitive city, and what city authorities, investors and developers are doing to enhance Poland’s regional and global competitiveness, at the 1st annual conference organized by Urban Land Institute Poland, entitled “Competitive Cities: attracting talent, investment and business.” The event will take place on May 15, 2015 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw.
Mayors of Poland’s major cities will discuss what sets their cities apart and how they complement the strategies of other cities in Poland. Case studies from Turin, Manchester and Barcelona will demonstrate what strategies have worked elsewhere and what more can be done to create innovative and competitive plans for city growth and development.
The event will be moderated by Professor Greg Clark, a global cities expert and Senior Fellow, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe.
