ULI with new chairman in Poland

Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been appointed as the new head of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Poland. She has replaced John Banka whose term ended on June 30. Wysokińska-Kuzdra has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, financial and banking sectors, and is currently a senior partner at Griffin Real Estate. Established in 1936, the ULI is a global non-profit education and research organization focusing on providing leadership in the responsible use of land and urban development. It has a total of almost 40,000 members in 82 countries and has been active in Poland for four years now.
