Warsaw’s Koneser filling up with tenants

Investors BBI Development and Liebrecht & wooD have revealed that the office space available in their Centrum Praskie Koneser mixed-use project in Warsaw has already been 92 percent leased out. Two companies from the TFL sector – Link and Waberer’s Poland (who have taken up a total of over 700 sqm) – are the latest tenants to have decided to move there. The Centrum Praskie Koneser scheme, which is located in the Praga Północ district of the Polish capital and involves the redevelopment of a historic post-industrial site, offers 25,500 sqm of office space. It will also include retail, hotel, cultural and residential areas.
