The iconic Złota 44 residential skyscraper in downtown Warsaw, which was designed by star architect Daniel Libeskind and completed by investors Amstar and BBI Development earlier this year, keeps attracting big names with Polish American model and actress Joanna Krupa having rented a 152-sqm apartment in the building on a long-term basis.

Investor Catella Real Estate, who finalized a package acquisition in Złota 44 a few months ago, has recently launched its luxury long-term rental service in the tower. On offer are a total of 72 No.44-branded units located on nine full floors of the building, sized from 57 sqm to 218 sqm and available in three different furnishing styles.

The service is mainly targeted at clients such as managers, expats, diplomats and start-up owners who travel a lot and live abroad for long periods of time. Monthly rents start from approximately €2,000. Clients who have bought their own apartments in Złota 44 from Amstar and BBI Development include Poland’s star footballer Robert Lewandowski.
