Seven new tenants – Amadeus, Inter Polska, mfind.pl, EWL Group, Nordstaff, Savangard and Link Group – have recently leased space in the West Station II office building in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The companies will occupy a total of 6,000 sqm in the property. As a result of the latest lease deals, the building is currently 90 percent commercialized. Completed in August last year, West Station II comprises 38,000 sqm of office space. The entire complex, which is located next to the Polish capital’s Warszawa Zachodnia railway station and was designed by the FS&P Arcus architectural studio, is a joint project of HB Reavis, PKP and Xcity Investment.
