The Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) office skyscraper in the Polish capital has recently got its BREEAM In-Use certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance extended for another year. The building thus continues to be rated “Very Good” in the asset performance category. Located in the Wola district of Warsaw, the WTT was completed in the late 1990s and modernized in 2015-2016. It offers over 42,000 sqm of office space that is currently 92 percent leased out. The property is owned by Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II and asset-managed by Heitman.
