West Station I office building in Warsaw completed

Construction of the first of two West Station office buildings, located next to the new Warszawa Zachodnia railway station, has been completed, its developer HB Reavis announced.

West Station is a joint venture by HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment. The partners first delivered the new Warszawa Zachodnia railway station building last year. “The neighboring office building is the next step in creating a functional urban environment on this part of Al. Jerozolimskie,” HB Reavis stated.

“West Station offers high-quality office space as well as green and open public space. The scheme’s major benefit is its excellent transport connection with the main railway line, several bus routes, as well as easy access to the S8 expressway and A2 motorway,” Stanislav Frnka, Country CEO at HB Reavis Poland commented.

The new 14-storey building is already 75 percent leased, and will house offices of the PKP Group, among others. Together with West Station II, due for completion in Q3 of 2017, the entire complex will comprise 68,000 sqm.
