Developer Yareal has obtained an occupancy permit for Nowogrodzka Square in downtown Warsaw, the company’s flagship office project in the city. The six-story scheme, which took almost 20 months to build, comprises 11,000 sqm of space and includes a new pedestrian passageway connecting Al. Jerozolimskie and ul. Nowogrodzka. The first tenants are expected to move into the building later this month.
