Investors Amstar and BBI Development have revealed that they have already sold 65 percent of the luxury apartments available in their iconic Złota 44 residential tower in downtown Warsaw. The building, which was designed by star architect Daniel Libeskind and completed last year, offers a total of 287 units on 52 floors. Prices start at PLN 24,000 per sqm, but they are much higher in the case of the highest penthouses. An anonymous buyer earlier this year paid a record PLN 11 million for an over 240-sqm apartment located on one of the top floors of the skyscraper – the price per sqm amounted to approximately PLN 46,000. The units still on offer in Złota 44 range in size from 63 sqm to almost 300 sqm. The investors have recently put up for sale the largest penthouse in the tower, which covers a combined 600 sqm on three floors.
