Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Archicom expects its 2018 apartment sales to reach a similar level to that achieved last year when the company offloaded 1,431 housing units. Earlier this year, Archicom revealed that it wanted its apartment sales to grow by some 15 percent y/y in 2018. However, the developer has now revised the previous forecast as it has turned out that some of the new projects which it planned to launch this year will not be started till 2019. This results from prolonged administrative procedures as well as from rising land and construction costs. Archicom is now working on a total of more than ten residential schemes in Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań and the Tri-city. The company currently has approximately 2,000 apartments on its offer.
