Developer Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) has signed preliminary agreements for the sale of the Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne and Centrum Logistyczne Kraków II logistics centers to a special-purpose vehicle of the Exeter Property Group fund for a total of almost €21 million. The agreements are expected to be finalized by June 28 this year. Located in the Silesian city of Sosnowiec, Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne is the biggest investment of BIK and comprises a combined 46,500 sqm in three buildings. For its part, Centrum Logistyczne Kraków II is located in the Rybitwy neighborhood of Kraków and offers 11,000 sqm in a single building.
