Developer Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) has finalized its sale of part of the Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne warehouse complex in Sosnowiec in Silesia for €15.2 million net. Three buildings in the complex have been bought by the Exeter Property Group fund, acting through a special-purpose vehicle called MIR Poland. After the sale, BIK continues to manage one building in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne. The company is also planning to construct another building within the complex.
