CBRE: Real estate investment transactions fell to €745 mln in Q1 2019

Commercial real estate investments amounted to €745 million in Poland in the first quarter of 2019, which means a decrease of 65 percent y/y, according to a report by the consulting company CBRE “Poland Market Outlook 2019.” Experts estimate that the investment volume in 2019 will be at a similar level to that of 2018.
“As much as 90 percent of all commercial real estate investments in Poland in the first quarter of 2019 came from foreign capital … mainly from the UK and Germany - each of them had a 27 percent share.” the report stated As much as 72 percent of the entire volume of transactions was recorded in the office segment.
