GDP will decrease 5.4 percent this year, and then Poland will achieve economic growth of 4.9 percent in 2021 and 3.7 percent in 2022, reveal results from the central path of the inflation projection of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), published in “Inflation Report.” It will take a long time for the GDP to return to its pre-pandemic levels.
In the March 2020 report, the NBP expected Poland’s economic growth to amount to 3 percent in 2020, 3.1 percent in 2021 and 3 percent in 2022.
