Forest office campus is the second, after Varso Place skyscrapers, the largest HB Reavis investment in Poland. Buildings erected in Warsaw on the border of Wola, Śródmieście, and Żoliborz will offer 78,000 sqm of workspaces, public partitions with gastronomy and services, and a green patio for office employees and neighbors. A loan of €162 million to finance the project was granted to HB Reavis by a consortium of four banks - Santander Bank Polska, Bank Pekao, PKO Bank Polski, and BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
Construction of the Forest campus located near the Arkadia shopping center has been in progress since June 2019. This is one of the largest office projects currently under construction in Europe and one of the greenest in Poland.
Completion of the first stage of the project is planned by the end of 2020 - the construction of overground storeys of buildings from ul. Burakowska. The tower, closest to the Roundabout of the Home Army Group "Radosław", will be put into use by the end of 2021.
