The complex pre-development process was successfully carried out. There would be nothing surprising in this, INWI can boast over fifty transactions on the account, if not for the numerous challenges that the team had to face. INWI experts noticed the uniqueness in an unobvious location, and thanks to the commitment of the entire team and despite unusual complications, they achieved the set goal.

"Despite the apparent severity, we were convinced from the beginning that the prospects for this area were excellent. This part of the city will evolve. We undertook a detailed analysis. In addition to standard activities, such as the architectural concept and connection conditions for all networks, we obtained other necessary documents, including building conditions, opinions of appraisers, and possibly precise cost estimates. The problem arose when we got to know the results of the soil research,” Michał Niczewski, INWI architect and project manager, recalled.

It turned out that the ground is heavily contaminated, but INWI did not withdraw from the transaction but included specialist treatment in its plans. This was achieved without compromising time.

INWI invests in the residential, office, commercial, and logistics real estate sectors. So far, the team has completed over 50 projects and completed transactions with a total value of over €620 million.
