Lawyers of Leszek Czarnecki, the owner of Getin Bank, will file a lawsuit against at least two state institutions in Poland to Stockholm Tribunal within a few weeks, Gazeta Wyborcza reported. They plan to accuse Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Bank Guarantee Fund on acting against Czarnecki's banks and an attempt to seize them, Wyborcza wrote.
Currently, Czarnecki's banking business is in crisis. The businessman values the entire loss at €1 billion (PLN 4.3 billion). He refused to comment, when asked about a lawsuit, but did not deny either.
