The state-run PKO BP, Alior Bank, and BNP Paribas in cooperation with venture capital funds Black Pearls and Innovation Nest will invest over €4 million in Autenti – a technology company working on e-signatures.
“The three banks have joined forces so that Polish consumers can benefit from modern technologies,” Zbigniew Jagiełło, president of the management board of PKO BP, said on Thursday at a press conference.
Founded in 1919, the Warsaw-based PKO BP is Poland's largest bank.
