Yareal starts construction of 3 apartment buildings in Lower Mokotów
Yareal has begun construction of 3 apartment buildings in Lower Mokotów in Warsaw, the company said. 93 apartments will be built in two-storey buildings. The Mokotów Valley Residence, located under the so-called hill in the Warsaw Protected Landscape Area will be implemented by Dwell Well Construction, a company from the Fundamental Group.
Most of the 93 apartments in the Yareal investment are 4-room premises ranging from 90 to 117 sqm. The Mokotów Residence also offers larger (up to 140 sqm) 5-room apartments as well as 2 and 3-room apartments (41-71 sqm).
The first residents of the Dolina Mokotów Residence will be able to move into their apartments at the end of 2021.
