According to a recent Pracuj.pl study, the most common benefit offered by employers is flexible work hours, with 28% of Poles using this option. Following closely are the seven-hour workday and four-day workweek, chosen by 22% and 21% of respondents, respectively.

Benefits such as the ability to bring children or pets to work and employer-supported interest groups are also popular, each garnering around 17-20% of responses. Free psychological consultations have become a regular part of non-wage benefits due to growing openness to mental health issues. The least common benefit is menstrual leave, offered to 14% of employees. Despite various benefits, 57% of employees prefer satisfactory pay over elaborate non-wage benefits.
