Rumors about a government reshuffle in Poland have circulated for weeks, fueled by hints from Prime Minister Donald Tusk. He suggested on March 19 that some ministers might be replaced. Tusk stated that government restructuring often happens when certain ministers aren't performing as expected.

Tusk recently confirmed that four ministers will resign on Friday, with new replacements announced the same day. The ceremony will take place at the Presidential Palace later, but the new ministers will begin work immediately. He also noted that the restructuring may reduce the number of ministries.

Likely departures include Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz, Borys Budka, Marcin Kierwiński, and Krzysztof Hetman, who were listed in the electoral lists for the European Parliament. Speculation suggests that Minister of Agriculture Czesław Siekierski and Paulina Hennig-Kloska could also face replacement due to dissatisfaction with their work.

Potential replacements include Jan Grabiec and Robert Kropiwnicki for Budka, and Tomasz Siemoniak for Kierwiński.
