14th European Forum to take place in Sopot on October 15-17

The 14th European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI) will take place in Sopot on October 15–17, 2025, bringing together nearly 2,000 participants for three days of debate on the future of Poland, Europe, and the world. Organized by the Confederation Lewiatan with BusinessEurope and the city of Sopot, EFNI is one of Central Europe’s largest business conferences. The 2025 edition features six thematic tracks, complemented by EFNI Talks, evening discussions, book meetings, and a new format—morning lectures led by academics such as Prof. Marcin Piątkowski and Prof. Jerzy Hausner, covering topics from ethics in public life to demography and the economy.
Speakers will include leading Polish politicians, EU parliamentarians, cultural figures, academics, NGOs, and business leaders. The agenda emphasizes global trends, business challenges, and the long-term future of the European Union. Unlike other conferences, EFNI focuses on years and decades ahead rather than immediate events.
The event is backed by major partners including Orange (strategic), Allegro, Huawei, Johnson & Johnson, PZU, and InPost, as well as academic institutions like the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Łódź. With wide media coverage and international participation, EFNI 2025 positions Sopot once again as a hub of dialogue on global change.
