According to the ManpowerGroup report, 35% of companies in Poland plan to hire new employees in Q4 2024, while 42% will not change their staffing levels, and 19% anticipate staff reductions. The net employment outlook for Poland is +15%, a decrease of 2 percentage points y/y but stable q/q.

The report indicates stability in the Polish job market, with net employment forecasts remaining nearly unchanged. Positive hiring projections are noted in six out of eight sectors, with the highest expectations in transportation, logistics, automotive, IT, and consumer goods and services.

Sectors such as energy and municipal services, as well as communication services, face potential job cuts. Medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) and larger companies (250-999 employees) show the most enthusiasm for hiring. In contrast, the largest employers (over 5,000 employees) show minimal recruitment appetite. Regional variations show the highest hiring intentions in the northwest, with optimistic data across various regions of Poland.
