A Pracuj.pl survey reveals that 31% of Polish workers used AI for CV creation, and 61% appreciated AI-driven job recommendations based on professional experience. However, only 24% support AI autonomously selecting candidates, while 41% express concerns about such decisions, favoring human oversight in recruitment.

AI’s role in recruitment is growing, with 38% supporting AI-recommended candidates for final hiring stages, provided the recruiter makes the final decision. Automated job-matching features are popular, especially among women (67% vs. 55% men).

While 57% value automated CV completion using recruitment portal data, opinions are mixed (37% positive, 28% negative) regarding using broader online data.
The study, conducted in March 2024 by ARC Rynek i Opinia, surveyed 2,059 Poles aged 18–65.
