A giant vehicle with 68 wheels passed through Warsaw
The largest road transport in the history of Poland passed through Warsaw over the weekend. It carries a TBM shield needed to drill a tunnel along the S19 Via Carpatia road. The vehicle with 68 wheels was delivered to Poland from Spain.
In the folded state, the vehicle is 112 meters long and weighs 4,300 tons. Its size is comparable to a 4-story building. After passing Warsaw, it heads towards Lublin and then to Podkarpacie on the express routes S17 and S19.
