The 14th edition of The Property Forum, organized by PTWP Group, will take place on September 16-17, 2024, at the Sheraton Grand hotel in Warsaw. This premier business conference, Poland's largest for the real estate sector, will focus on exploring future trends and opportunities in both the commercial and residential real estate markets.

Over two days, industry leaders, investors, and experts will gather to discuss various sectors including office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, residential properties, and PRS (Private Rental Sector). Key topics will include market forecasts for the remainder of 2024 and 2025, investment opportunities, and the impact of global trends on the Polish market.

A significant feature of this year's forum is the emphasis on green transformation in real estate and construction. Discussions will cover the decarbonization of buildings and cities and the roles developers and investors play in these processes.
