Accolade preparing five new projects, some in Białystok
Accolade has obtained €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao S.A. for its Białystok III warehouse development, a 34,000 m² facility already 66% pre-leased. The project is the company’s third logistics park in the Białystok area, raising its total local portfolio to more than 110,000 m² and cementing the region’s role as a growing logistics hub. Scheduled for completion in early 2026, the site has attracted tenants from e-commerce, retail and logistics.
Accolade and local officials expect the investment to support job creation and stimulate the regional economy, building on the nearly 1,300 jobs already linked to Accolade’s presence. Białystok III is part of a broader program that will add about 100,000 m² of new space in Poland by mid-2026.
