Apartments under construction in Warsaw’s Praga district in former sugar factory

Cukry Praga is a revitalization project of the historic Franciszek Anczewski Sugar Factory in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district, developed by Renovation Wave, part of High Capital Group. Designed by Projekt Praga, the redevelopment will create 12 loft-style apartments (37–242 m²) and three commercial units, with prices starting at PLN 22,000/m². The complex includes unique features like a 242 m² apartment with a chimney, underground parking, and a landscaped courtyard with diverse greenery. Restoration involves preserving historic brick façades, steel structures, and adding modern glazing.
Construction began in March 2024 and is set for completion in September 2026. The project honors Anczewski’s legacy, once a confectionery brand rivaling Blikle and Wedel.
