Apsys has completed the acquisition of the 3 Stawy shopping center in Katowice from a fund managed by Union Investment. The property has 38,600 sq m of GLA and was 97.1% leased at the end of May 2026. Apsys said the purchase supports its strategy of investing in established retail assets with further development potential. The company will also assume management of the center, while existing leases and operations will remain unchanged.

Auchan will continue as the main grocery tenant. The transaction reflects renewed investor interest in Polish retail real estate. Commercial property investment in Poland exceeded EUR 3.06 bln in the first half of 2026, up 78% year over year and the strongest first-half result since 2018.
