Arche Group will open two new hotels in early September 2025: Arche Hotel Lotnisko Gdańsk and modular Arche Hotel Siedlce. The Gdańsk property, near Lech Wałęsa Airport, offers 164 rooms, conference facilities for up to 350 people, a spa area, and a design inspired by Kashubian culture. Uniquely, it was purchased entirely by a single investor, diverging from Arche’s typical multi-owner model. The Siedlce project showcases the company’s modular construction technology, delivering 64 fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes, balconies, and long-stay options. Built from 42 prefabricated modules, it emphasizes speed, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.

Arche continues expanding with revitalization projects, senior housing initiatives, and eco-friendly developments, reinforcing its position as an innovative Polish hospitality leader.
