Archicom buying land for major Poznań scheme
Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Archicom has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of 8.6 hectares of land located in the Grunwald district of Poznań, on which the company plans to build a residential project comprising approximately 1,300 units. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 46 million. The Poznań housing market has much potential for further growth and Archicom wants to strengthen its presence there, said management board member Krzysztof Suskiewicz.
