Archicom launches sales of 170 loft apartments in Łódź
Archicom, part of the Echo Investment Group, has commenced the sale of 170 loft apartments as part of the Fuzja project in Łódź. These lofts are situated in a historic building that was once part of the industrial complex of Karol Scheibler. It marks the second phase of the residential project in the northern part of Fuzja, with completion scheduled for the end of 2025. The ongoing revitalization includes the creation of 170 lofts, 60 of which are designed in a newly constructed section.
The entire building, including lofts, covers 12,352 square meters. Fuzja is a flagship project of the Echo Investment Group, managed by Archicom, and involves the redevelopment of historic Scheibler factory grounds in Łódź.
