Art Box Experience: A Cultural Journey Through Time – Summer and Fall 2025

This summer and fall, Art Box Experience in Warsaw’s Norblin Factory invites visitors on a unique immersive journey across three artistic eras: Art Nouveau, interwar Warsaw, and Romanticism.
The acclaimed “Retro Warsaw” exhibition returns in a refreshed edition, open every Sunday to Tuesday until September 9. It offers a multisensory experience of 1920s–30s Warsaw using 360° projections, restored archival footage, and interactive installations. Highlights include scenes from the legendary Adria club, a rotating dance floor, screenings of vintage films, and digital recreations of stars like Hanka Ordonówna. Visitors can also explore pre-war fashion and take a virtual bike ride through historic Piłsudski Square. A special tasting event, “A Percent of History,” will launch on June 23, featuring craft spirits from a historic Polish distillery.
Running alongside is “Alfons Mucha – The Magic of Art Nouveau” (June 18 – September 14), an immersive tribute to the iconic Czech artist. Divided into three acts, the exhibition explores Mucha’s posters, his monumental work for EXPO 1900, and the Slav Epic. Multisensory elements and workshops – including yoga and perfume-making – deepen the artistic experience.
Launching September 19, “Romantic Chopin” is an immersive exhibition developed with the Fryderyk Chopin Institute. It spans eight thematic zones and traces the composer’s life through interactive media, music, and AI-powered storytelling. Visitors will encounter historical figures from Chopin’s circle, explore a VR journey inspired by his music, and learn about the prestigious Chopin Competition.
