Auchan Polska and Ceetrus have signed a preliminary agreement to sell a retail property portfolio comprising eight shopping centers across Poland to Adventum Penta Fund SCA SICAV-RAIF, advised by Greenberg Traurig. Structured as a sale-and-leaseback, the deal is among the largest real estate transactions in Poland in 2025. Auchan will remain the anchor tenant under 15-year lease agreements with extension options, preserving its operational footprint.

The transaction highlights the resilience of Poland’s retail real estate market and continued institutional investor confidence in high-quality retail assets. Adventum Group manages over 700,000 sqm of commercial properties across Central and Eastern Europe.
