Avia Solar powers Dino stores
Unimot Energia i Gaz, part of the Unimot Group and operating under the AVIA Solar brand, has been selected to install photovoltaic systems at 120 Dino Polska stores nationwide. The project, part of Dino’s energy modernization program, aims to boost energy self-sufficiency and reduce CO₂ emissions by covering a large share of stores’ power needs, especially in summer.
“We’re proud to support retail chains in transitioning to renewable energy,” said Wojciech Ginter, Vice President of Unimot Energia i Gaz. “Our large-scale experience ensures efficient and safe implementation.”
Unimot previously installed a 690 kWp rooftop PV system at a Dino warehouse and is now preparing three larger 1,000 kWp projects. The company, listed on the WSE with 2024 revenues of PLN 14.1 billion, produces AVIA Solar modules and supplies electricity, gas, and energy-efficient systems. Dino is a WIG20-listed supermarket chain.
