Avison Young Enlarges Office Agency Team in Poland
Aleksandra Mącik has been appointed to the role of Consultant in Office Agency team. Before Avison Young Aleksandra worked for 5 years at Cromwell Property Group where most recently she was involved in managing a portfolio of office properties with the scope of prolonging leasing agreements with the tenants and expanding their office space, at Avison Young she will further develop her career in the office leasing market. Aleksandra will be responsible for preparing market reports and offers to clients, supporting tenants in all matters related to leasing contracts, in Warsaw and regional cities.
Avison Young launched Office Agency business line in mid-2022 by acquiring a strong team of experts from the competitive company. Since then, the team has closed a lot of important transactions with clients from both commercial and public sectors.
