Benefit Systems is looking to expand in other countries
Benefit Systems plans to accelerate expansion in the second half of 2026 after relatively limited growth in the first six months. At the end of June, the group operated 595 fitness clubs, including 296 in Poland. Most new openings are expected in the third and fourth quarters, with international markets offering the greatest growth potential. Turkey is a key focus following the acquisition of MAC Group, and Benefit Systems now expects to open around 35 locations there this year, five more than previously planned. Under its updated strategy, the network is expected to grow to 730–820 clubs by 2027.
In Poland, management believes market consolidation is nearing completion, so future expansion will rely more heavily on organic growth, while selected acquisition opportunities may still be considered.
