Poland’s MICE market is evolving as event organizers demand more than large conference rooms and hotel capacity. According to MICE expert Grażyna Grot-Duziak, clients increasingly expect flexible spaces, networking areas, reliable high-speed internet, hybrid-event technology, advanced AV systems, personalization, and measurable ESG performance. Participants also want opportunities to network, experience the host city, and access quality dining rather than remain in one conference room for several days.

Poland has many modern hotels and conference venues, but still lacks facilities capable of hosting the largest international events under one roof, particularly in Warsaw. Technology, including streaming, apps, interactive tools, and AI, is raising infrastructure requirements, while staff expertise, flexibility, and coordination remain equally important competitive factors.
