BIG Poland opens 15th retail park
BIG Poland opened its 15th retail park on October 29 in Konstantynów Łódzki, expanding its operating portfolio to approximately 285,000 square metres of gross leasable area. Developed with Acteeum Group, BIG Konstantynów adds around 13,500 square metres of fully leased retail space. Together with an existing Kaufland supermarket and Bricomarché DIY store, the property forms a shopping complex offering approximately 21,000 square metres. Its roughly 30 tenants include Sinsay, CCC, Jysk, Smyk, Media Expert and Rossmann.
Located on Łódzka Street near Łódź's Retkinia district, the complex also includes a McDonald's drive-thru, Medicover medical centre and Well Fitness club. It offers more than 750 parking spaces and access to a nearby tram stop. The development has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification. BIG Poland, active in the country since 2022, is also preparing retail park projects in Piła and Bolesławiec for future openings.
