Bosch has announced mass layoffs at its Brake Systems Factory in Mirków near Wrocław, with up to 60 employees expected to lose their jobs. The move is part of a larger global workforce reduction of approximately 8,250 employees, which the German industrial giant announced last year.

Bosch, which has operated in Poland since 1992, employs over 9,700 people across five locations: Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Rzeszów, and Goleniów. The company has not disclosed whether further layoffs will follow.

The job cuts come amid broader restructuring efforts in response to shifting market conditions and technological changes in the automotive industry
