Breezy, a subsidiary of ASBIS Group, has launched an AI-driven robotic production line in Raszyn, Poland, specializing in refurbishing and remarketing used digital devices. The 600 m² facility integrates advanced AI and automation, enabling the classification of 1,000,000 devices and the refurbishment of 320,000 smartphones annually.

The facility features 18 robotic stations, requiring only four operators per shift. AI technology automates diagnostics, cosmetic assessment, and testing, ensuring high efficiency and precision. The project aligns with Industry 5.0, focusing on human-robot synergy, sustainability, and resilience. Breezy aims to reduce e-waste and CO₂ emissions while enhancing transparency and affordability. The company leverages ASBIS’s distribution network to expand in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, reinforcing its leadership in re-commerce.
