Budimex to build residential building in Warsaw
Budimex has signed a contract with a subsidiary (Budimex Nieruchomości) a contract for "Construction of a multi-family building with services on the first floor, underground garage, roads, fencing, technical infrastructure and small architecture located on the property, located in Warsaw, at Bokserska Street - Stage I", the company said.
The contract value is PLN 69.4 million net. The works are scheduled to start on August 12, 2020, and to be completed on April 15, 2022, as stated in the announcement.
Budimex has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1995. Its strategic investor is the Spanish company Ferrovial. In 2019, it had PLN 7.57 billion in consolidated revenues.
