Vastint received LEED Platinum certificates for six buildings of the second stage of Business Garden in Wrocław. The key solutions that have contributed to the highest level of environmental certification include the high share of green spaces and open spaces for recreation, a high level of energy efficiency in buildings, and maximum use of regional materials. The use of proven technologies and pro-ecological solutions is a guarantee of a high-quality work environment and will reduce the operating costs of the facility to the benefit of tenants.
"Thanks to Business Garden Wrocław certificates, this week, the Vastint Group has exceeded the number of 50 LEED certificates received. This is an amazing achievement, especially considering that it includes the first LEED Platinum buildings in Latvia, Lithuania and Belgium, the second hotel in Europe with LEED Platinum, as well as the building with the third highest LEED Core & Shell certification result in the world, " David Pettersson , Senior Project Manager, Vastint Poland, emphasized.
