C&W to manage Logicor’s CEE portfolio
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the manager of Logicor’s portfolio of 47 logistics properties in Central and Eastern Europe. They are located in Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia and comprise a total of more than 1.7 million sqm of space. The portfolio includes 33 logistics parks in Poland, which total almost 1.3 million sqm and are located in the Warsaw area, central Poland, Wrocław, Silesia, Kraków, Rzeszów and Poznań.
