Net capital outflows from emerging markets totaled $2.9 billion in September, the Institute of International Finance (IIF) reported.
Outflows from equity markets amounted to $8.9 billion, and inflows into the debt market amounted to $6 billion.
The IIF (Institute of International Finance) is an international association of financial institutions with about 500 members from 70 countries. It includes investment and commercial banks, insurance companies, and asset management companies.
