CBRE expands operations, will rent premium apartments to individuals
CBRE has launched a new service in Poland focused on premium residential sales and rentals for individual clients, expanding beyond its traditional commercial real estate offerings. The initiative will be led by Katarzyna Borkowska, handling individual clients, and Anna Awłasewicz, supporting developers. CBRE aims to offer full transactional support for both investors and private clients.
Borkowska, with a legal background and strong luxury property experience, will focus on client acquisition and service. Awłasewicz, an expert in property commercialization, will help developers optimize residential project launches. Both bring significant market knowledge and international experience. CBRE’s move reflects growing demand for tailored, high-end residential services in Poland, particularly in markets like Warsaw.
